LATINAS THINK BIG INNOVATION SUMMIT      SILICON VALLEY    OCT. 2014

Hosted at Google's HQ, Silicon Valley.  The Latinas Think Big Innovation Summit sparked a national dialogue on the current state and future of Latinas in STEM careers, with an emphasis on technology and innovation.

The Summit convened an impressive group of Latina innovators -- along with a carefully vetted group of leaders, tech entrepreneurs and influencers -- to connect, learn and elevate the conversation on Latina innovation.  Participants enjoyed keynote speeches, plenary panels, breakout sessions and networking with other inspiring women. 

LATINAS THINK BIG | NEW YORK CITY                                                  MAY 2013 

The LATINAS THINK BIG™ NYC event brings together four innovative and trailblazing Latinas to present their big idea in individual 16-minute presentations, showcasing Latina thought leadership, innovation and ambition.

Hosted at the prestigious Barnard College of Columbia University, in New York City, guests include industry leaders from the private and public sectors, professionals, social media influencers, Columbia University alumni, academicians, authors and artists.

 

LATINAS THINK BIG | LOS ANGELES                                                        OCT. 2013

On Friday, October 11, 2013, hundreds of innovative and socially-minded Latinas met at Google’s Los Angeles Office for the second stop on the LATINAS THINK BIG™  national tour.

Sponsored by Google and broadcast to virtual viewers via Google+ Hangout On Air, LATINAS THINK BIG™ LA featured presentations by five talented Latina innovators–Noramay Cadena, Estefania Ortiz, Veronica Villafañe, Pamela Campos Palma, and Rocio Romero–and honored three innovative Latino professionals–Monica Gil, Eliana Murillo, and Martin Mares–for the outstanding leadership and commitment they have contributed to the Latino community.
