Dolores Arredondo is vice president and marketing program manager for Cross Credit Solutions at Wells Fargo. In this role, she leads a team responsible for developing cross-credit integrated marketing programs and strategies for multiple lines of business, including Credit Card, Personal Lines and Loans, Direct Auto, Fee-based Services, Rewards and Student Lending.

A 15-year financial services veteran, Ms. Arredondo started her banking career in the wealth management business before leading teams in regional corporate communications and sales and marketing. Ms. Arredondo founded and chaired the company’s Hispanic Center of Excellence that developed programs to reach the country’s growing Hispanic community. She was also a founding board member of the company’s Hispanic employee resource group. Prior to her banking career, Ms. Arredondo worked for the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund.

Ms. Arredondo is a graduate of Wellesley College and holds a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management. An active runner, she has completed nine half marathons and two full marathons in the past four years. She resides in Whittier, Calif., with her husband and two children.
