INNOVATION PROGRAM ELEMENTS

A Virtual and Life Program

Innovation Fellows will convene at the Latinas Think Big Innovation Summit in Q3 of 2015, where they will connect to fellow entrepreneurs for  mentorship and business think tank sessions.

The program will then continue virtually, leveraging a robust online platform with integrated program content, working virtual groups, webinars and resources.  Fellows will meet via Google Hangout on Air twice monthly with our expert trainers and mentors.

Participation in the Keiretsu Entrepreneur Academy

The Keiretsu Forum Entrepreneur Academy provides a first class course offerings taught by Keiretsu Forum members, sponsors, and seasoned industry executives. The Academy equips entrepreneurs with the business education, and access to capital, expertise and resources they need to grow further their business. Each class is led by seasoned industry executives and delivers practical, relevant, and timely knowledge and practices. 

Support from the Minority Business Development Agency

The Latinas Think Big Innovation Fellowship Program will work in partnership with the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA), of the U.S. Department of Commerce. The MBDA offers valuable resources and guidance to minority-owned businesses. We will work together with the MBDA to connect Innovation Lab Fellows with grant and other business growth opportunities.

Latinas Think Big Innovation Summit

The annual LTB Innovation Summit will serve as the main gathering platform for all Innovation Fellows, where they will connect with their peers, mentors and influential networks.  Fellows will actively engage in crowd mentorship meetings, think tank sessions and pitching events.
